Senior Prom Ticket Sales and Forms
Attention Seniors: Permission forms for Senior Prom and After Prom are available in Mr. Johnson's room, D6.
Tickets are $75/person and include transportation to/from the prom in Boston. If you are taking a guest from outside MHS, Non-MHS guest forms must be returned by Friday, May 6th. The last day to return MHS forms and purchase tickets is Friday, May 13th.
Please note, if you have not signed your Senior Contract, please make arrangements to do so ASAP in the House A Office.You will not be able to purchase prom tickets until the contract is signed by your parent or guardian. Please do not wait until the last minute!
Buy a Yearbook and Pick it up on Senior Night
The yearbook for the Class of 2016 is complete and will be distributed on Senior Night, June 2, 2016. If you have not purchased a yearbook yet, please go to www.jostens.com to pre-order your yearbook and we will have it waiting for you to pick up at the conclusion of Senior Night.

School Visitation Protocol

School Visitors must sign in at the front desk and present their driver’s license or picture ID to verify their identity before they will be granted access to any Milford school building. Once verified, a numbered Visitor Pass will be issued. Visitor Passes must be returned upon exiting the building.
Non-licensed individuals may obtain a picture ID at the Registry of Motor Vehicles office. More information on how to obtain a picture ID can be found here:
