Winter Sports Meeting
The mandatory meeting for Winter Sports Athletes and Coaches will be held on Monday evening, November 17th at 6:00 PM in the MHS Cafeteria. Athletes must register on-line at familyid.com for their respective sport or pick up hard copies of the required forms in the Athletic Office. A current physical (dated no earlier than Nov 15, 2013) must be returned to the Athletic Office prior to the start of practice on December 1st. Athletic Fee payments may also be processed on-line by registering on paypams.com. The fee for Ice Hockey is $ 400. Fees for all other sports are $ 125.00. Family maximums are $ 375.00 per year, or $ 600.00 per year for those who have an athlete playing Ice Hockey.
