Attention Parents of Students in the Class of 2017
Every child entering Grade 11 is required by law to have a valid physical examination on file. The only exception that can be taken is on religious grounds.
Students can opt to have their private medical doctor complete a physical ( and forward to school), or have one done by the school physician during school hours at no cost. This will be done on a date to be determined in the spring.
Please forward a copy of a recent physical (March 2014 to present) to the school nurse. Fax (508) 473-2931 OR notify the nurse of your choice to have a school physical.
Have a Healthy Year!
